About The Work

Adva Drori wandered about barefoot for the full four days of the festival, her bridal gown and heavy make-up deteriorating and wearing down in the course of this time. The image of the bride was transformed before the viewers’ very eyes, shedding its meaning and giving way to an abandoned, pitiful figure. In each of the four days of BLURRR 3 Drori performed a short act in different locations on the Kibbutz (by the mail boxes, parrot cages, animal corner, the common), utilizing different materials, and always with the participation of one or more of the kibbutz members.
