Led by artist and CCA Tel Aviv-Yafo Office Manager Guy Bernard Reichmann, alongside artists and Content Managers Mona Benyamin and Esraa Abed, “out-of-office” is a series of events to be presented in the Marc Schimmel Multipurpose Gallery. Focused on time-based practices such as video, dance, and performance, and in line with the multidisciplinary mission of the Center, “o-o-o” was conceived as a way to nurture the domestic scene.

Premiering at CCA, Musica Nova’s concert consists of three new pieces composed by its members – Hadas Pe'ery, Chanan Ben Simon and Maayan Tsadka – and performed by its members – Adi Snir, Orr Sinay, Maayan Tsadka and Yifeat Ziv. Music for Friends by Chanan Ben Simon celebrates a specific present moment, friendship and everything that is important in life; the piece invites the audience to take part in it by adding their own “private history.” Hadas Pe'ery’s piece Left Unattended explores the connection between the individual and the collective and the related congruences and tensions within its different dynamics. ProtoMusic No.1 by Maayan Tsadka tries to imagine and recreate moments of discovery related to the musical potential of sound and the human tendency to control nature.
