Please join Shiraz Grinbaum – Manager and Artistic Director of Mevo’ot – The Joav BarEl Ideas Foundation – for a presentation on the practice of Joav BarEl (*1933, Tel Aviv; †1977, Tel Aviv), whose works Yin-Yang and Event on the Playground (both 1969) are presented as part of “Radu Comșa: inter-versions,” currently on view at CCA Tel Aviv-Yafo. During her presentation, Grinbaum will introduce the multifaceted work of BarEl, who was an artist, writer, and teacher at the Technion in Haifa.
