out-of-office led by SweeTransfer (Shahar Mizrahi and Yoel Peled), is a series of events focusing on time-based media – video, sound, and performance – in line with the multidisciplinary spirit of the Center for Contemporary Art Tel Aviv-Yafo. ״o-o-o״ seeks to strengthen and nurture the local art scene.
For the Second Time is a performance by choreographer, director, and performer Lila Roma Weisselberg, and musician Ron Sheskin, composed of two solo works interwoven with shared segments.
The Dog Side, by Weisselberg, is a musical performance that looks at itself from the outside. It is at once audience and performer, a double-faced being. In the dual world the piece inhabits, there is no good and evil, nor light and darkness; only the terrible and the less terrible, the one illuminated against its will, and behind it, the one blinded by the glare.
Shedskin is Sheskin’s solo project, which can be imagined through the way metals store and release heat with intensity. His practice is marked by fierce emotional expression and an experimental, metallic sonic language. The work seeks to awaken an inner consciousness reflected from within everyday reality.
The Dog Side by Lila Roma Weisselberg was initially developed as part of the Master Exerce program in France, with original music by Daniella Ljungsberg and Lila Roma Weisselberg.
