An open rehearsal for a new work by Michal Samama towards a premiere at Habait Theatre, followed by an artist talk.

“Ever since I was a child, I knew love held supreme value”.

Six performers ponder current reality through a trip back in time and wandering memories: Through movement, voice, language, and song, we return to our adolescent years as a private, national, and artistic experience. We conjure the days of youth and are washed over by quotes, imperatives, desires, external voices, music, laughter, dance classes, party flashes, fragments of ideals, shatters of violence and pain, truth, and falsehoods.

Out of this wandering emerge unity and loneliness, gentleness and coarseness, listening and blindness, cynicism and naivety in the Holy Land.
