Please join us for I’ll Be Right With You, a dance piece by Aya Kenat presented within the context of “Chen Cohen: How to Die Beautiful,” currently on view at CCA Tel Aviv-Yafo. Developed as part of the two-year choreography program at Kelim Choreography Center in Bat Yam, I’ll Be Right With You is based on manipulations that one body exerts on the other. Made up of existing materials, the piece unfolds and arranges itself in a constantly-renewed structure. Guiding the presentation at CCA Tel Aviv-Yafo is the following question: “what happens to the bodies – standing in proximity, next to each other – when dependence and alienation encounter?” Aya Kenat’s I’ll Be Right With You is performed by Reut Harel and Kenat; special thanks to Sigal Dahan, Jonathan Hempel, Adva Weinstein, Sharon Zuckerman Wieser, Federico Longo, Nava Frenkel, and Edmund Coffee.
