Saturday Lab kids Workshop – On Fairy Tales and Reality in Contemporary Art

Saturday, March 10, 11 am Inspired by Elham Rokni’s Exhibition, The Seven Abdulkarims, The upcoming CCA Saturday Lab kids workshop will focus on the connection between art, folklore, and the folk tales of Eritrean and Sudanese asylum seekers living in Israel. We will begin the workshop by making paintings in the exhibition space inspired by Rokni’s works, and move to the Shelter for Contemporary Art where we will write fairy tales based on the paintings we made.
